GRATITUDE!!! I am Thankful for..........

Posted on 5 April, 2016 at 8:05

Happy Tuesday.......

We so often need a special occasion to wish a happy this or a happy that....   but I feel that every day is a great day to wish a Happy!!!!!!!

It's a new day to seize the moment, to learn, to grow.... but, one of those greatest requirements to a happy day is a Thankful Heart.

As we start this new day, let's think about something for which we are thankful, and then think again, and again......there's so'll be surprised....and then, as we finish this day in a few hours, let's take a moment to ponder on the gifts that we have been given, and realize how this day's grateful heart has brought us though this Tuesday, already longing for the gifts of tomorrow.

I am thankful this morning because I am able to live my dream and work in such a creative format each day.  I am thankful for each of you that come to me to source your quilting and stitchng needs; you allow me to live my dream.

This week I want to have a little fun contest....  there's going to be a "STORM OF GRATITUDE".  The contest will run from today til Saturday at 12 Midnight.      You simply have to leave a comment on this post and share something for which you are truly thankful.    On Sunday I'll use a random number generator select 3 numbers from the number of posts a symbol of thankfulness, each of those 3 numbers will receive a little thankful gift from me.

Let's have fun, let's inspire, let's be thankful!!!!!

Wishing you all a wonderful Happy and Thankful Tuesday!!!!!

Quilty Hugs across the miles and the big, big pond!!!!!

Hi Bill,

I am so thankful for my son who gets most of my quilts, and for my best friend, my sister who have taken up sewing and now she loves it as much as I do!

First and most important of all, I like to thank God for waking me up this morning and a brand new day. I'm thankful for my family and friends near and far and giving me the chance to meet you many years ago when we were both kids. We didn't realize back in 1972 we would be quilting

First let me compliment you on your blog. Great work. I am most thankful for my faith that gets me through the days. My family is and always will be my top priority and then thankful for great friends near and far. I am glad I got the chance to know you while we both lived in Springdale. Many blessings Bill.

I just discovered your blog, Bill - where do you find the time to do all that you do!!! I am grateful for my family, friends, quilting friends, and for having met you a few months ago and having you part of our guild. Missed you last night.

Bill, your messages are always uplifting. I LOVE seeing them. They put a smile on my face. They always make me take the time to focus on all the time I got to spend with my brother Dave, NOT all the time I will never get to spend with him. It may sound like a cliché but I am thankful for all the memories I have of family and friends and for all the memories I will be making in the future. Have a great day!
