When you order on line, you will be automatically brought to the checkout. Because this website cannot calculate the exact postage costs (the online calculators available at the moment are higher than needed), I will manually fill your order and advise the total including postage.

I always try to work out the least expensive postage rates...which for Canadian customers, it will sometimes mean more and 1 large kraft envelope rather than a combined package. For U.S. and International customers, it means small packet rates which do not come with tracking/insurance. Tracking/insurance can increase postage rates to these destinations by an additional $20.00 (approx).

*Please note that all sales are final, except in the case of a shipping error.. All products are inspected before packing/shipping to make sure that they are A-1.

"SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS"

If you request an item and that item is ordered for you then the

item (s) must be purchased; unless cancellation is made prior to the Studio order being placed. Once the Studio order has been placed, the customer's order is final.

When your order is ready and you receive notification, I need to ask that you please arrange payment ASAP.

There are some cases where I am waiting for balance items to fill orders; in that case, you will not receive a payment notification until your order is complete.

There are other cases where special payment arrangements have been made...which does not apply to the above.

Unless special requests are made for insurance/signatures, etc., the Studio cannot be responsible for damaged or loss packages.

Meanwhile, larger packages are sent via Parcel Post and Insurance is purchased for those packages.
